What I Do

Training Delivery

Delivering training in a variety of Technical and Soft-skills subjects including every aspect of ICT. I have also delivered Online Tutoring to individuals and groups.

Web Design & Hosting

I build my own websites, the most recent being , created to support users with Free IT Support needs during the lockdown. I have implemented several instances of CMS and LMS on my web server.

Curriculum & Training Development

Developing training materials for several Technical and Soft Skills modules and implementing new practices and policies based on results and feedback.

eLearning Authoring

I have gained extensive experience creating eLearning content using a variety of authoring tools such as: Adobe Captivate, Adobe Presenter, Articulate Storyline, Prezi, Microsoft Powerpoint.

Technical Support

Providing a host of ICT support services to several customers throughout Dublin

Video, Audio & Graphic Design and Editing

Providing Video creation, Audio recordings and Voice-over services, Graphic Design and Editing services to a number of clients in Dublin.
